This car which featured in the '50s Kirk Douglas movie "The Racers" is now in the tender, if lead-footed, care of Simon Taylor, motoring scribe of note.

This is an original poster for an Historic Race meeting at Westwood Racetrack in Canada's British Columbia in 1983.

The Stovebolt Special currently has a 5.7 litre Chevy engine in one of the most handsome historic race cars which is still being campaigned.
