This is from the 1925 film starring Reginald Denny, not the later 1937 John Wayne piece.
This was a black & white, silent comedy drama, with some great racing scenes, one of which is depicted on this beautiful lobby card.
The four cars shown are 'two-up'; regulations requiring driver and mechanic.
The track looks a lot like Laguna Seca......what do you reckon ?
